If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization within 10 days of receiving your order. Once we have received your email, we will review your request and issue you an RA number with return instructions within 48 to 72 hours. We must be notified before any product is shipped back to us and all products must be in unused, unworn and original condition as well as accompanied by your original receipt. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale, special and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
When shipping product back to FORGE:
Please include a print out of your invoice with the merchandise you are returning and write the RA# on the outside of your package. If possible use our original packaging to return your piece (s). All products being shipped back must be insured and have a corresponding tracking number. This protects our customers, as we are not liable for any lost returns en route to us.
FORGE is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that may occur in the return shipping process. We encourage you to securely pack and seal the merchandise, preferably in the original packaging. We recommend our customers use UPS or USPS.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact email@example.com for a pre-paid return label. Damaged goods due to buyer’s negligence will not be accepted for refund. Please inspect your product upon arrival as claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
